Hi Nicksters...just thought I'd let you know for those who are staying in Melbourne over the long weekend - the Yarra Hotel in Abbotsford is showing the 1990 Grand Final on the big screen Grand Final Eve.
For those unaware, the Yarra Hotel has links with Collingwood footy club. In the early days of the club, players changed in the rooms at the back of the hotel before jogging across Johnston St to Victoria Park - I believe this continued for a little while until the grandstand was built ( presumably with changing rooms)
