Not sure of McStays injury but I wonder if Krueger is next man up to play forward/second ruck?

I suppose the other option would be Will Kelly but I reckon he’d get monstered by Draper and Phillips.

We will have to replace Murphy because of concussion protocol Roscoe would be next up.

McStay will probably miss several weeks if it’s a tendon injury as reported Kruger off limited preparation is our only option if we want to maintain our structures.
Never disperse your focus unless absolutely necessary. Face one adversary at a time!

Wilson looked out of his depth, so I suspect he will return to the VFL.

Frampton will have his work cut out, against the in-form Draper, but at least he'll compete. Ruscoe was BOG in the VFL, so I would bring him in, to replace the injured McStay. I just hope and pray that Murphy was not concussed, or he will face a mandatory 10 day rest.

Let's hope also that Jordy is fit and well enough to return. If so, I reckon he'll light up the 'G'.

Ginni showed his class today, with his few touches, but every one of them impactful. That's what you need from a small forward. He will be back to his cheeky best next week, in front of 90,000 at the 'G'.

Out: Wilson (om), McStay (inj)

In: De Goey, Ruscoe

Murph is out and it's a 12 day protocol, i.e., the earliest you can return is 12 days after the day of concussion.

Well the good news is that Merrett has copped a week. They will likely appeal but appealing against a sling tackle penalty doesn’t usually get overturned.
Harrison Jones ( tallish forward ) is also likely to miss with an injury.

Sad news about Murphy- yet another victim of St Kilda thuggery- 70 metres off the ball.

Ruscoe goes back for Murphy
De Goey into the guts
Kreuger goes forward, or, potentially, plays as a tall defender

This now becomes a really tough assignment although Merrett and Jones out will balance the ledger somewhat.

The AFL need to be more flexible around club lists to allow a player to come in from outside the system in dire cases...

With Murphy out after the cheap shot from that scumbag, I think it might be a good opportunity to give Will Kelly some more senior game time.
He has been quite good playing in the backline this year and might kick on very quickly with some game time in the AFL.
I’d much prefer Kelly than Ruscoe.

So far in the first five rounds -
we played and won: Cats, Port, Tigers, and Saints. Lost to Bears in Brisy.
Druggies played and won: Hawks, Suns, Giants, and Dees. Lost to Saints.

I reckon we will win by 6 goals on ANZ day.
