Really crapped off about this! Once again we get screwed! Forget how you felt about Jono, having him is a WHOLE lot better than having an empty bloody spot. How did we manage to allow this? It won't be the last thing which happens to us. Once we slap Geelong aside, & repeat the dose on Richmond we WILL be flag favourites.
And watch what happens as the shit-scared football world does everything it can to throw banana Peels in our road. Watch! They might sound minor, like a beat up on our next opponents like Slobbo did in 2016(?) with Hawthorn. Journos will write well placed articles, or say clever things. The AFL will screw us with EVERY tool at their disposal. And the biggest fear, that other clubs will attempt to deliberately injure our players.
Imagine where we'd be if we lost...
Nah, not even gonna say it, you know what I mean. Watch for tunnelling, packs behind play, & jumping on fallen players. Frankly I don't believe all our 2018 injuries were complete "accidents".
Thanks to whatever stupid things we are doing at training to ensure we ALWAYS have the longest injury list, we are highly vulnerable to injuries, particularly to our talls. Dumb move dumping McLarty, but thank god we picked up Roughy who has shown in 2 JLT games he will be possibly our best recruit after Beamer. I think he'll play the best footy of his career for us, as Dunne, Howe, & others have done. VERY good get!
But jeez Marsh would've been handy. He was BOG in one game at the 'G, & showed himself to be a great mark, & a real leader across half/Full back. I was gutted when he left, he could have been a champion player, though he only got 15 games. Don't know how he'll go with the Saints, but he's been killing 'em in Perth. Plus he'll have a Premiership pie for company, but then so do most sides. Good luck Jono. And Fas, & Daisy, & Heater, & Browny, & Marley, & Seedsy, & Keefy, & on & on...
