Ross Lyon at centre of Fremantle payout over harassment claim
The AFL and Fremantle Football Club insist the matter is closed having reached a confidential settlement with a former junior staffer who alleges she was harassed by coach Ross Lyon several years ago.
The Age can reveal the payment, understood to be a low five-figure sum, came as a result of an incident at a club Christmas function where Lyon allegedly made inappropriate comments about the woman's attire.

It would be endless. Front page, back page, headline news.
It would be the hot topic. And they'd be a lot of people calling for the coaches head.

Basil Zivfless gave him a bit of a grilling on our news over here... which surprised me. He started walking away pretty quick.

I think it actually has got a lot of coverage, which is not about to die down, although it may be more generally clumped with the Lethlean and S. P-P cases. It's hard to judge anything when we don't know exactly or even vaguely what he said.
