Correct me if I'm wrong, but did not we miss the finals last season, whilst the handbag pussies made the Prelim ?? How come then, that we copped both years GF finalists in the first three rounds, where as for five games in a row, the cats got the softest five games out ?? We then beat them, but now they have just played three good teams, all in a row, down at their pissy little boutique ground, how helpful that is ! They know that ground like the back of their hands, they are six goals better down there. AND, they still play around six more games down at that poncey little ground, that's a guaranteed ticket to the finals, year after year. Our draw is weird, we don't play the scum again, or the saints, yet cop the hawks only a few short weeks after we last play them, same with the dees, and the dees are a good side now. How come we don't play the LIons twice, or the Suns, considering where we finished on the ladder last season ?? I reckon we copped the draw from hell, whereas the handbaggers, as usual, got a dream draw, that gives them the easy draw straight to September. Its time that dickhead goggle eyes Mclauglan took his head outa his arse, and gave us a friggin decent draw for once, just once. :!:

Simmons Stadium was unavailable to the redevelopment of the new stand that opened in May. They still have another 5 home games down there meaning they will all those and finish in the top 4. You are right though they get a pretty soft draw.

The cats will get found out in September. The AFL want them to pay off the stadium as soon as they can despite the fact that taxpayers footed most of the bill. The fixture is a rort and we have to live with it. Eventually some accountant, of the dozens or so at AFL HQ, will say. Hey The bulldogs and Geelong amd other leeches are costing us millions when they make the finals. At least the 18-4 0r 17-5 deal gives us a chance. The more pissant theme rounds we get the worse it will be. Just thank goodness we haven't been given a China game.

Yeah we played them there in 2016 in the wet for the win.
As shit as the fixture generally is, they at least try to alternate the trips interstate to every 2nd year, thus we get that team at the MCG, or telstra dump in the alternating year.

Fixture still sucks dogs balls though, nothing surer.
