Disappointing news that young Magpies Tom Davidson and Justin Crow have suffered serious injuries in the build up to the 2003 season.
Tommy Davidson suffered a knee injury which has required a reconstruction and he will miss the entire season.
Justin Crow, who improved as a player throughout last year and was a member of the Reserves premiership team, broke his ankle last week and will be unavailable for 12 weeks.
