Can't believe this game isn't being played in Bendigo as a Bumbers home game. Would appear to be an ideal way to promote the competition outside the Melbourne metro area.
Even the return bout which is actually the Bumbers scheduled home game in round 16 isn't being played in Bendigo, it's at Windy Hill.

Jason Cloke and Hayden Skipworth are the 2 "big VFL names" for Bendigo, and they starred last week when they thumped Port Melbourne.
Won't be an easy game, but depending on the weather (pissing down at the moment) it should be another high quality match.
I'm going again tomorrow, looking to make all our Vic Park matches this year, and yes, anyone who doesn't have tickets to the G on Sunday, come along, Saturday 2pm, and see some future stars along with some current and maybe past ones.
Big game for the VFL team, a 2-1 start to the season would be very good given our main aim is player development.
