Been hearing good things about this young fellow, for people who attend the VFL games can you give me any idea how far is he off, in your opinion, being considered for the AFL team? I realise our AFL team is terribly difficult to break into at the momment as Browny and Coxy are finding. Inside Footy's On the Fringes always rates his game highly but I havn't heard much about him on any Collingwood websites.

They also say Ben Reid has been playing some great footy at CHB which has been great to read but I'd like to hear from any people who watch a lot of VFL games on his development as well.

Seen a lot of him in the VFL. I'm sure there will be a spot on our list for him next year. Hard at it and great extractor. Something we could do with in our midfield. I would say he would be favourite to be our VFL best & fairest winner. Future gun.

Ben Reid has been good at CHB, reads the play nicely & distributes the ball well coming out of the backline. The 1sts backline has been so good lately, Reid hasn't been able to break his way in.

Blairy was bloody awesome today, especially in that 3rd quarter.

Some names of players who have won Morrish Medals but took a while to make AFL level include Liberatore and Rodan.

We will probably just ask him to be placed back on the rookie list next year, but no one would complain if he was placed on the list.

Finals are where you want your boys to perform....and did he perform.

Clearly a cut above the usual VFL standard.

Fantastic footballer. Wouldn't be surprised to see him lining up for us in round 1 next year.

Sick to death of hearing about his height from commentators.

FFS he's taller than Harvey, the same size as Crawford and only about an inch shorter than Kerr.

Well guess what?

If your good enough your good enough.

He's good enough.

Think Hine has found us another beauty!

Put him on the senior list at years end.
He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD!

If he wasn't quick , hard , clever , agile , wins clearances , kicks goals , creative and has accurate disposal , his height might be a factor.

Blair has been a star in just about every game he has played this season.
Should win the B&F comfortably.

Blair would be a great inclusion for next week. Yes, I am serious.
