- Who should play on Neitz?
- Who should be brought in, who should be dropped?
- How will Woewodin go against his old side?
- Where will the game be won?
- Will we win? Easily?

Cole out? His takeling was great against Port although I agree that Presti, Rup and Scotland would be better for the team. Thought Mckee did ok as well. Holland droped sitters but so did Rocca and Taz when it mattered.

I'll be very glad when this game is out the way.
Then we may see Woey put his demons to rest....and concentrate on playing great football the Collingwood way!!

geez woey has been gearing himself up for this game for weeks - lets hope he has a big one and that he doesnt put too much pressure on himself.

i dont think dropping one or two players who didn't do too badly is the solution - we have no run off the back line and need a more positive approach. Put simply, we need to kick more goals - last nite against port showed us that 10 is not enough.

We are capable of so much more, and i'm confident that we'll stand up against melb next week and get the job done. Go Pies!!

Well hopefully this week either Fraser, Molloy or Rocca will help out Tarrant and take some marks inside 50 and kick some goals. Tarrant is being doubled and triple teamed so surely this will create opportunities for the other forwards.

I would bring in Scotland and Betheras and blood a rookie to give them a taste of the big time. A touch of enthusiasm never hurt anyone.

Melbourne will have Johnstone returning this week and should be pretty close to full strangth now ??

Hopefully Collingwood don't take this game to lightly as if we do we will lose. It will be Sydney and Essendon all over again.

The past 2 Queens birthday games have been thumpings

R11 Pies 5.4 10.7 15.8 19.12 126
Melbourne 1.5 4.8 8.12 10.15 75 (2002)

R11 Pies 5.4 9.9 14.15 19.20 134

danger game, unfortunately. melbourne won't let us thump them again. they've got a few decent players coming back, including nicholson, so we won't be able to stretch their defence as much as i hoped.

still, taz or pebbles should kick bags. and dids MUST turn it on soon.

we have to bury them early. don't give them a sniff. snuff out their confidence and let the collingwood crowd do the work.

Dane Swan had 26 touches in the VFL is he a chance of being selected this week?

The Dees' two dangermen are Neitz and Johnstone (always kills us), If we can stop those two then we will win easily.

Difficult to make comments on this game cause they could easily backfire. For both clubs this is a must win for confidence sake to put a few wins on the board going into the run for the finals. Williams, Davis and Rocca MUST stand up and make themselves known again as goalkickers, with these guys kicking goals, Tarrant will easily slot a few through. One thing we did not do much throughout the Port game last week was change our ruck, we must rotate Fraser and Rocca, and we must play Leon in the first opeing minutes instead of benching him. We should win this game without much scarce, just like the Saints game a few weeks ago, we have to stop being this hot & cold team, we must learn the word consistency again.

We can't let a WCE 1st quarter happen/nor if we have a lead can we let then creep back. (Deeerrrr)

Four full quarters.

Straight kicking.

Hard tackling.

Watch 'em roll.
