It's important to give this effort due recognition. It is no mean feat to reach 350 wickets in Tests.

I was at the MCG the day Lance Gibbs took his final wicket and again on the last day of the same Test when he he retired with his unmatched reocrd standing at 309. I was also there when Lillee took the all-time record for most Test wickets from him at the MCG at the Boxing Day Test in 1981.

Starc has 3/11 and his third wicket put him just 4 behind Dennis' 355. His has been a wonderful career.

The day ends with the West Indies on 8/266.

Great effort by them to fight back after a disastrous first session.

Nice effort by WI.

but think they get bowled out for 300.

They will only add another 15 runs today and only bat for 3 more overs.

Aussies will be batting in the first hour of the day.

The greatest number 4 batsman since 1948 is being played as opener to take the shine off the ball for a potato who couldn't even command a place in the team before Warner retired. WTF were they thinking? Marnus gone, too. 2/11.
