Haven’t given up anything… Gather around is an extra round this year, so if it wasn’t for this event this game would not be played and fans would get to see our team run around one less time this year. Secondly, the “home team” for each clash was also decided by a coin toss.

If true, this is a horrible idea.

Some of our members are already losing away seats next year, and to top it off they want to sell a home game to make a bit more money.

We actually haven't sacrificed anything with Gather Round.

It's just an extra round of football.

Trade whispers : Pies circling Suns star

Post by LaurieHolden »

Collingwood is reportedly targeting star Suns forward Ben King, however it’s believed if he departs Gold Coast, it’d be to team up alongside twin brother Max at St Kilda.

King is set to be one of the most in-demand stars when he comes out of contract at the end of the 2024 season after signing a two-year extension with the Suns last year.

And according to AFL journalist Tom Browne, the Magpies have launched a bid for the 22-year old’s services.

It's remarkedly quiet on the rumour front.
Can someone fill in the blanks...

Collingwood have been linked with former AAU22 CHB XXXXXXXXXXXX
Collingwood have been linked with former AAU22 CHF XXXXXXXXXXXX

or

Collingwood have discovered the water draining from the old showers into the Yarra Falls end of Victoria Park contains the elixir of youth, and have developed a program that will bring back Phil Carman via the mid-season draft.

I'll take anything...

Graham Wright and Craig McRae (Graham is playing bad cop, Craig always playing good cop) are absolutely ropeable with Jack Ginnivan.

They have sheltered him from being dropped in the past so as to avoid a big media storm and have done countless other things to look after Jack yet he continues to defy team rules and is putting himself before the club/team.

He last night was out and about on the town (hence he was not allowed to play today) and Wright in particular is livid.
