Seriously im not a fan of o'bree but i suppose he wasnt our worst last week. I was suprised to see though he was named in our best. I thought he was ok but not special. His tackling count leaves him in our team alone i reckon.

Putting all personal bias aside the Tigers are the most exciting team to watch right now but I sure as hell wont be telling them that!

The tigers will continue with their long aggressive game plan they have this year while malthouse will be trying to nullify them and take the free flowing feel out of the game looking for as many stoppages and packs as he can get.

Don't think we have a team that is committed to this style of play as we had in 02 & 03 so at some point the tigers will go on a burst and should win comfortably.

Collingwood will be lucky to win any quarters. They may be close and within striking distance at halftime but the Tigers should kick away in the second half when a few of our younger players start getting cramps and some of the oldies are buggered.

Swooper, this isn't about being negative. Until the Essendon game I was one of the optimists here, as I believed that if we won that we could easily turn the season around, we were a top 4 contender until then. This team is STILL physically capable of beating anybody, I believe that with every fibre of my being, however the insipid performance we put up that day, combined with some of the MC decisions (playing Josh & Daks not fit) broke my heart. The MC & the coaching staff have indicated clearly that the season is over and the players are appearing broken. Until they are helped with the mental side of their game, and until we get some honesty out of Condoleeza Balme, we are merely treading water. We'll manage the odd win, and maybe the over-inflated Tiges are just the candidate. We'll be cheering for it, dont you worry!

I hafata admit, even though I'm a big fan and certainly dont want him to leave, I've been a bit disappointed with MM. He seems to just talk tough but I cannot see what he's doing to get the players up. We surely need more than threats of dropping players. I know everyones sick of hearing it but where the hell are the sport psychologists? These guys are mentally shot to hell. I just can't stand watching these guys constantly being knocked off by teams they are easily capable of beating.

Why have we still had no explanation for the ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FIVE point turnaround againt Freo in just nine months? We rolled these same guys with EASE last year. Now no team in the league has reason to fear us as every single one of them except Hawthorn (give it two weeks) has beaten us in the last ten or so months.

Yes, we all expected a big turnaround in form from last year, but not in THIS direction!!!!!!!!

In case anyone missed it, the season ended with 42 seconds to go in the final quarter against North Melbourne. One straight kick would have changed everything. We would've beaten the undefeated Kangas, the confidence would've been back, we'd have been one win away from second place, and we would have walked over the misfiring bombers the following week. As we all know by now, as goes Anzac day goes our next several weeks.

Not that we can blame Taz, he got us into the position to win in the first place, it was a kick borne of a foot without confidence.

What happened on that last Saturday in September 2003? When will the truth come out?

Why wont they all play we are obviously lacking big men. Maxwell plays his heart out week in and week out - We have no ruckmen and Fanning and cloke help us there.
Without a recognised ruckmen we need all the battlers so we can rotate them.

Richmond have a reasonable option of big men so, so we need that to!!!

I'm really not sure how we will go this weekend but i just hope we can show a bit of fight!!!
I'll stil be there (with a huge hangover as well!!!) And i just hope we can have something to cheer about as the richmond scum are awful unless we have something to retaliate with.

Everyone is getting really annoyed with Malthouse and him not dropping anyone - well do u want to play a team that has had no experience and with no-one to help them out. We have (almost) no one left so just get over the fact that we will be crap and let mick get on with his job - he obviously knows what he is doing as he is the one with the position HEAD COACH!!!!
Heart says pies by 7
But the rest of me says Richmond by 40.
Partyn & the pies is there nemore to life???

Just need to cover the tall forwards and in the ruck. We need pace and run ... we have been slower than a turtle with a broken leg.
Let all your troubles be forgot for we are Collingwood. We'll fight it out until the end we're Collingwood. So help me Jock.

If we go in with Tex playing in the ruck then Oh Dear, trouble time. Fanning must play.

Holland needs to be dropped with Lockyer, absolutely. Or keep Lockyer in the forward pocket and drop Holland and OBree.

I dont know if we are lacking big man, we are lacking quality big men. I cannot see the bench been Cloke, Fanning, Maxwell. There is just no run. With Trav Cloke playing alright, Cloke and Walker are there to be ruckman and drifting forward to provide the third tall. Then we have presti and wakelin and maxwell who are slow but reliable in defence. I cannot see 3 big men sitting on the bench when we need run coming off the bench. But ive been known to be wrong
