Adelaide are a force to be reckoned with...
They're serious contenders for the flag.

So was Geelong.
No team is, at this early stage of the season.
I read some pundit, this last week, saying that of the teams up the top of the ladder - Giants, Crows, Cats, Richmond and PA - it was Geelong who should be flag favourites, as they almost always find a way to win.

Adelaide are clearly the best team in the competition at the moment. I don't know how anyone could argue with that.
However, whether that changes throughout the season remains to be seen.
They've been the highest scoring team in the competition averaging 20 goals a match and they're playing a brand of football that will be hard to stop. They've defeated GWS, Port Adelaide and Richmond who have all started well this season as well.
