I'll do the public transport thing, no doubt something will go wrong getting there, it's Metro after all.

Expect a crush at gate 5 from about 1.30 on, hopefully when they say one gate is open they don't literally mean one window and one turnstile.

Anyway, go VFL Magpies, a week off next week, while not good for our sanity, will help us in our quest for that elusive first VFL flag since 1958.

I'm glad Crocker Wills Frost Willaims Phillips Oxley are playing I think the experience will do them really good. I would have thought Marsh would have been a walk up start with Goldy missing but Tapps must have other ideas. Question MB didn't Aish qualify for the seconds ? I know Cloke needed to play last week to make it but I thought Aish had already or did I misunderstand the qualifying regs

Aish is ineligible. That ship sailed weeks ago. Played too many AFL, not enough VFL.
