Thanks for your comments virbull Im sure youre household was interesting on Sunday night - I know the feeling, my partner is a Lions supporter!
I have to agree with the majority of posters here about Obree, he has lost complete touch. I didnt see him do much on Sunday and every possession just seemed useless or didnt hit targets, he looks disinterested and must be dropped soon. Ditto Shawry, put him on the ball where he can get a feel for it and get his confidence back. Hopefully he will be better for it.

I thought that game was great apart from the result i had so much fun, i thought it was a good stepping stone though because it seemed to me that all of our players tried and played like a team for the first time in weeks!! and it was nice to see a return to form for Jason!!

I thought that we played better on Sunday than we have in any other game this year (yes including the Bulldogs game). The trouble is maintaining the play for four quarters. Our 2nd and 3rd Qtrs were as good as our best last year; our 1st and 4th were bad but still better than last week. It was just great though to see McGough, Jason Cloke, and Didak finally playing at their best. Rocca was fantastic in one-on-one contests; his goalkicking was unacceptable, as it has been all year. What is the problem with Licuria? Collingwood can take heart from the fact that without Buckley and Tazza, Hird and Lloyd did not have equals on the ground. If both those players come back next week, then we could very well get over the Powerless. Cam played well too.
