The case against Melissa Caddick is going to be dropped
"...The corporate regulator is set to withdraw the raft of criminal charges laid against fraudster Melissa Caddick after her presumed death.
Campers found a running shoe containing human remains at Bournda Beach south of Tathra, on 21 February. Subsequent DNA testing confirmed the remains were those of Ms Caddick who disappeared from her Dover Heights home in mid-November, only hours after Federal Police had executed a search warrant on behalf of the Australian Investments and Securities Commission (ASIC)...."
