Didn't some dipshit thread on the AwFuL website try to compare Therapist to Daicos earlier this year, and some **** voted for Milne?!

Jed Adcock?

Any love?

I think he'd be a handy pick up for two years. Just another reason to rub it into the Brions.

Yep. I'm all over it.

I think he fits a need on our back flank. Yeah he is 28/29, but I think he'd fit in our best 22 for at least 12 months.

And like you said, it'd be another kick in the guts to Brisbane if it worked out.

I would almost think of it like a part of the Aish deal, as we wouldn't lose any picks in signing him. And it helps make up that we don't have any picks between 27 and 66. In saying all that, could he have been a part of the Aish deal?

I think we need to sign someone as a FA, and I'd like it to be Adcock.

I'd think that if we were tilting for a flag next year he'd be worth a look, but at the expense of a kid? Let's see...

It all comes down to the really doesn't it - is there someone in the draft this year who is better than Adcock (or will be)? Of course, if this is a crap draft we have the option of offering Adcock a 1 year deal and then we can use his spot in next years draft. If we take a draftee this year they have to have a 2 year deal so we couldn't take anyone next year (in that spot).

I reckon he'd be worth it unless a Marsh et al falls down to pick 84...

It is a bit strange how he has been deleted from the Lions list. He is certainly not their oldest and his form seems ok.

Something smells

I think we have more than enough half back flankers on our list right now. No need to add a veteran one as well.

Maynard, Scharenberg, Williams, Sinclair, Langdon & Tooves would all be in front of him for game time.

Just doesn't fit a need in my opinion.

Yep, this. Don't think he's as good as a couple of our emerging kids so why bother.

Some teams could really use a quality veteran back flanker... we're not one of them.

Wouldn't even fit in at Carlton as they have Murphy and Gibbs!

As this is the original thread, perhaps the mods can merge all three into one please?
