LOL Joffa, quantity doen't beat quality but good work anyway.

I disagree with whoever said Goldie doesn't have the strength to go with Lloyd. Lloyd doesn't play strong, he plays as a leading forward. Goldie has more pace and is a frantic spoiler. I don't know if he'll start on Lloyd but if he ends up there he won't disgrace himself.

This is always a close game because as others have pointed outin comparing line ups, we match up well on each other.

Michael will go on Rocca and I wouldn't be surprised to see Skeletor on Trav if he's playing. I don't think gadget has got the tank to go with Trav and will play more of a loose man trying to cut off forward entries and then run out. If he does play loose, we need to man the &*( up. Could be a job for Maxy playing as a defensive forward.

If Pebbles creates a contest against Mal, he'll have done his job. 3 or 4 marks should mean 2-3 goals and if Did's and Leon get around his feet that'll be another 5.

The key will be movement thru the midfield and rebound off half back. If we concede in those two areas, we're going to struggle.

i like the Game Over SUCKERS! haha

anyhoo will presti play?? PLEASE? i really think while our young fellas down back are AWESOME, its a big task with Lloyd and Lucas...unless we play a loose man?? in another way i wanna c the young kids do it again like they did against Sydney...Harry wasnt even there and they did a fanastic job, which made me see that the future is going to be great.

OO btw the edge: Essendon minus hird, all i can think of is everytime he ever got near the ball on any Anzac Day id was always screaming at the TV "nooo not him anyone but him, damn u at being so brillant"

Whats happened to Toovey? havent heard much of this fella!

GO PIES!
Collingwood forever and ever...amen

Off topic a bit, did anyone notice against Geelong, at each of the breaks Geelong would get into a tight huddle, and put their arms around each other? We just stood around and listened to the rev up, didn't look unified. I watched the 3 qtr time huddle and thought, they are going to win. I know it probably means nothing, but it seemed like we weren't playing for each other like we usually do during gametime, and the huddles showed this. Really gotta band together this week pies.

This is what collingwood lives and breaths for, if the cards where turned the bombers would bury us by 10 goals, give us nothing and humiliate us. Collingwood needs to show Essendon where they stand, and thats under our feet, 5 meters behind us in play, and 10goals down at half time.

I think in light of the champs career end looking closer than we all expected, this may not be appropriate.

Am stoked this is the second weekend in a row I get to see the Pies live on TV here. That's no mean feat here when once last year they showed us 12th vs 14th when 1st vs 2nd was on at the same timeslot.

Dude, you're in Wellington? That's the most messed up city I've ever been to. Walk into an office building at ground level and you're on the 6th floor. Looking for a road on a map, give up and ask directions when the map says I should be standing on it and the person I ask just points up.

Nice restaurents and friendly chicks though
