In defence of Taz, I though the delivery to him last night was pretty appalling overall. No wonder he gets frustrated.

Yep. Adelaide and North will crunch us. Feeling pretty sorry for Bucks, Burnsy, Licca, Presti, Clemo and Wakes. All try hard. All never get enough support.

Tex. Why do we play him? Hall was a much better option. We cannot keep players on our list who will not take us anywhere forward.

Proud Pies wrote:I'm very impressed with Heath Shaw, thought he had a damn good debut.

Each week that I see Caracella, i can't believe we wasted a pick on him.

Thought Jase wasn't bad. Was good to see him back out there.

Iaccabucci had a few problems, i thought he seemed a lacking in confidence.

Egan, although made some clangers, didn't seem to lose his confidence.

Bucks is Bucks........no more to be said

Lockyer, i think he's lost it.

Woewoden......woeful again

Ben Johnson, so sad to see the way your playing. I know we'll see that fire back soon.

Rusling, seems like he's snapped his collarbone ........

Didak injured his knee again and after he came back on, when he went off next, he was icing it.

Clement and Wakes.........like Bucks, no more to be said
Well said except for the one on Caracella. He has been very good for most of the year and as Ed said last night was under abit of an injury cloud. Why play him? I don't know. I'd have preferred Davo got a shot.

Harmison was the pick of the bowlers....
Wouldn't mind Clarkey in the team at the moment...

Fanning tried hard but ran out of puff, while Heath Shaw is a hard worker. Save for that...

I didn't watch much on the TV but when I did I saw flashes of Wells in Egan. He certainly mowed down Peckett after giving him a handy start.
Get back on top.

one thing that has me very confused from last nights game..

tell me why, when Didak and Hudghton, both with eyes on the ball, collided and injured themselves, why, oh why, did St Kilda get a free kick?

We thought exactly the same thing? What did they say on the telli about it? Some of those decisions last night....

Woewoedin was more than good last night, he was sensational. Not for the 18 possessions and a goal that he kicked, but he played on Dal Santo all night. Dal Santo had only 11 touches. The only low light of woeys night was the slipped tackle on Dal Santo which led to a goal. But woey held him well all night. Great comeback.

Fact is fact, we missed obree and he is going nowhere. Lonie had the chance to have a beauty but kept missing targets, missing shots on goal. I love him and i think he is exactly the sort of player we need with his talent, but he has to hit targets and kick running goals.

When i see lonie running with the ball i think of Brad Green and his beautiful kick, big frame, goal scoring ability. Lonie has this sort of potential but is missing way too many targets at the moment. I still think we should persist with him but

I thought we played better than last week. MM needs to drop Lockyer.

Jase was alright. But was a bit funny seeing him in the ruck, they just stood there while Jase leapt up.

Jase was good. Lockyer was terrible. Forget about the 21 possessions, i reckon 3 of which hit a target. The huge flaw with lockyers game was the fact he played against Milne who absolutely smacked us. We probably wouldve had clement on milne but he had to mind gherig and did a ripping job. Lockyer and at time johnson were to slow and could not lay a tackle on little stephen milne

The real difference tonight was the way the saints used koshitzke. Koshitzke was starting in the ruck against Fanning and admittingly i thought fanning really tried hard.

However kosi pused forward meaning his direct opponent was fanning. Fanning puffed out very quickly and was no match for him in the air. He was also no match for him on the lead. Atleast fanning pushed forward for a goal. Malthouse had no confidence in walker to ruck, nor Cloke which hurt

Best game for the last month, finally even if Mick and the board where forced into playing for the future we can take something away as supporters from this game.. Like bucks can play as a FF he still has the leg speed and leap(wow he can jump), like the pig from the hawks but well a better all round player.. heath can find the ball 22 first game, fanning has got something to offer, eags is going to be awesome in a year or two, dids is always dangerous, neon just might shock a few ppl, jimmy star, wakes is holding up, lones is getting there, roids is still improving ect ect.. Loads of positives after this game, even if they are proving tex cannot play at AFL level nor can Jason Cloke, time for richie cole to get a move on also, williams must go too and if the clokes want to leave then piss off now dont *** us around and threaten the club..
More kids for the next mnth and end on 5 then make up for the last shitful recruiting and bag us a star midfielder we get 2 shots at. Dont win a game i would rather finish on 5 then 6-7 and learn in 1-2yrs we missed on a pav, ball, dal, jud type player. dont ***** do it to us again ffs our patience is running out..
If the fitness team cannot do there job at the end of the year piss them off too, we need our top 5-6 ready to go next year not carrying injuries they got 2yrs ago.
