If the club let's Pendles go they are a disgrace. He is one of our best 2 or 3 players of all time and our young players desperately need his experience and mentoring to fast track their development.
After the way we treated Treloar last year, if we don't give Pendles a 2 yr extension then we are well and truly phucked.

Amen brother. Go for established young mids by clearing out the older Champs who still have currency. No emotion, business decision.MAY-Z wrote:if he wants more money that we think he is worth he goes, its as simple as thatRudeBoy wrote:If the club let's Pendles go they are a disgrace. the salary cap doesnt care about emotionRudeBoy wrote:Football is all about emotion. The reason we have been so hopeless this year is a direct result of the shabby treatment of a number of players last year. Spirit and camaraderie are all about emotion. If we lose that, we lose everything.
we based our salary cap emotion and giving people what they wanted, that led to the offseason.
you can never pay overs as it comes back to bite you at some point

Agree. Collingwood is solely to blame for their current predicament. Getting rid of Buckley was an unforgivable act, followed on by Eddie.Hopeless about assessing consequences of low morale affects players. The Buckley haters must be very happy indeed but not many of that mob seem to post here anymore. Wonder why?RudeBoy wrote:Football is all about emotion. Don't confuse your current path with your final destination. Just because it's dark and stormy now doesn't meant that you aren't headed for glorious sunshine!
