Although, it's sounding like other clubs will be offering a pick in the mid to late 20's, which will put us out of it, unless we involve pick 6 for their pick 10.

But that's another tough one to decide.

We did so well last time we had picks 6 and 10 that it's difficult to know. I suppose if we go with 10 at least we can't select Freeman again.

It doesn't matter if other clubs offer more. Watts has to agree to move to the club in question. If we want him all we have to do is convince him to nominate us and the rest will take care of itself

Ah! Well if pick 36 got it done, I'd be happy with that.

Howe and Dunn come across as very different personalities from Watts though.
this may be true of dunn but certainly not howe. Howe used up his talent at Melbourne as he was wildly inconsistent and didn't seem to want to do anything but take speccies. buckley was heavily criticized for taking this reject of a player and he was maligned still further for his decision to move him into the backline.

how inspired does it look now as most people agree he had very close to an AA season back there this year to follow up a strong 2016.

bucks will get no credit for this of course. We are too busy blaming him personally for the Mayne pick up.

It's great, nothing out of the club. Everyone is speculating but the club remains silent.

Does this mean that the staff that have departed leaked club information?

Torn. Good honest player with skills, but not a KPP and no mongrel in him.

per McClure on SEN, but Matthew Lloyd (with Kane Cornes) on Trade Radio says (despite that report) Watts still weighing up future, no decision for a few days yet.

Still a lot to play out here, but the feeling is that he wont be coming to Collingwood.

Wonder if the Schache turn of events had any influence here?
