Again the match saver.

His run to put pressure on the Crows last kick towards the 50 meant it went high and towards the boundary, rather than inside 50.

Not sure who else noticed, but just before Nick Daicos kicked our first goal, McCreery flattened three separate Adelaide players in one passage of play. He has a special talent, that's for sure.

He's just got to be careful he doesn't get rubbed out for a dangerous sling tackle at some stage. I'd hate to see him reported in a Prelim and miss the Grannie.

Can a player change games without the ball ?
Yes they can
Could he be used around stoppages if a opposition mid is getting off the hook in like a burst tagging role ?
He has speed and body size to be a real dangerous
Also if he played on like a Cripps he would get taken to the ball and might get more of it himself

Several times he was free about 25m out and we failed to get it to him. Hoskin Elliot’s dropped chest mark in the first and Ginnivan’s miss in the third. Should have had two goals at least add to a very productive day.

Fierce ruthless footy helped win the 1958 flag for us

The Weed took on anyone and Barassi who was BOG in 2nd semi was hunted out of the game by Hooker Harrison

Come finals we will see how this power machine paves the way for the team

It looks as though he's aware of that. Seems to pummel them, then 'place' them on the ground. It's a bit like watching my dog with her favourite toy when Beau lays a tackle.

Beau McCreery, Collingwood, has been charged with Striking Patrick Parnell, Adelaide Crows, during the first quarter of the Round 18 match between the Adelaide Crows and Collingwood

In summary, the player can accept a $2000 sanction with an early plea.

I thought I saw that. Pretty soft, but it was there.
