Clarke has cemented his spot in the best 22:-)
Horses for courses, if we travel to Port in week two of the finals Licca will be in the side for sure.

Sort memory sir?
What do you base that on.
The 40+ pos he got in the first final back in 2002?
Cant see him playing again unless there are some serious injuries.

Agreed. Played his first game against Brisbane this year. Tall, athletic type of kid. Maybe their match-up for Pendles? Hope so.

Someone said the boy can ruck a bit. Will this be his destiny?

Seriously folks, isn't depth a wonderful thing?
LOL, thanks for that, I've been trying to remember the name of that book but didn't know where to start.

How are we Going to win Tonight

Post by Dave The Man »

These are the Things I think we need to do to win:

Great Start - Need to hit the Lead early and don't play catch up

Play Our Game - Don't fall into there game

Kick Bloody Straight - Do this and we will win easily don't we could be in trouble

Stop Goodes - He will decide who wins tonight so must stop him

###############################################

Players Who I think who will do something for us-

T Cloke - If he can kick straight Watch out

Pendles - We need his Good Delevery

Daisy - To be the Spark

Clarke - Well he could do anything. Maybe a couple 50+ Meter Goals on the Run or Set Shots will be good

###############################################

Think that the start is going to be critical. The Swans are talking it up that they know what they have to do and they have learned from previous encounters, so it is imperative that we get off to a flyer. If we can be 2-3 goals up at 1/4 time we may well ahve their measure.

Do not want them to be dictating the terms, if they are in front by 2-3 goals and we have to play cathc up, we could be in trouble.

Get off to a flyer and don't take the foot off. Sydney can come back from as far as 40 points behind if you relax. If we get it in to the forward line fast we should be right. Sydney really don't like being one out in their back half that's why they always try to flood.

Rusling will be pulled out before game.

Was still sore after last training session, corked thigh still troubling him.

Not sure as to who will replace him. Poor kids luck has been wretched.

Let's not surrender a 46 pt lead this time. Lets take it to those Mardi Gras going bastards and put them out of the finals!
