Re: #SP400
Bucks said Pendles is, the greatest Collingwood player of all time, GOAT, and im inclined to agree with him. Absolutely the finest Magpie I have seen, in 60 ys a Piesman.

Pendles photographed today with his fellow 400+ gamers. KB was absent for medical reasons, but passed on his congratulations to the champ.

Meanwhile, I sense similar debate rages at the Collingwood TAFE Hairdressing School on whether Scott Pendlebury is the greatest Magpie there ever was.

Re: #SP400
After seeing his first game I named him "the iceman", as he was so incredibly cool under pressure. Incredibly, he has maintained that style of play so effectively for 400 games. Without doubt I'd now name him as our GOAT. On their day, Bucks, Peter Daicos and Johnny Greening could be better, but in terms of reliability and consistency, no other player comes close to our Pendles.

Agree. Rarely plays a bad game, and maintains consistently high standards year in year out. The ultimate professional.

What more can be said? Legend, and the epitome of professional.
Wouldnโt hurt him to visit Gippy and the old school in Sale though.

Has done it better for longer than anyone in our history. Yes he has to be the GOAT magpie. Apologies to Daics and Bucks. Proudly had his number and name on the back of my jumper for a long time. Now letโs make it a night to remember boys.

Just relieved. Expectation and pressure is off; now we can go for broke trying to get 8th spot.

Re: #SP400
According to my ladder predictor even if we win all our remaining games we need Carlscum to beat Whorethorn to give us any chance to land 8th spot!
That would give us a sudden death final against you guessed it Carlton!
Never disperse your focus unless absolutely necessary. Face one adversary at a time!
