Again, sadly for the Dogs, theyve suffered way too many injuries to make a big impact in the finals. That and drawing WCE over there was one of the worst outcomes they could get. They really needed a home final.

With a healthy list, I think they could have made the top 4 and possibly made the big dance.

However theyve shown some heart at times during the year. But they didnt last week.
Or the week off could recharge their batteries for an upset win?
WTF would we know?! :(

To think that the Eagles beat the Hawks not too long ago, and now got mugged by the Dogs, makes me think neither the Eagles or Hawks have what it takes this year.

My theory is that the Hawks are using a Jedi mind trick this year, getting other sides to believe they're still this same force of recent years.

Yes they're mentally tough & Clarkson is a maniac force to coach against, but their percentage this year tells me they're not dominant and their year probably reflects this.

There I've said it. Shoot me down in flames.

As for the Eagles I've never really rated them this year. Geez they go soft in finals, like when they capitulated to the Hawks in the Granny 2 years back.

Dogs are the real deal and will trouble whoever they get next.

Hawks by about 5 goals unless Hawkins loses the skirt and destroys Frawley.
