No, they are guilty. The mere fact that they destroyed all the evidence that proves their guilt does not make them any less so.

On a legal basis they're not guilty Nick, but most of us know deep down that there's some element of guilt within the club but we're not sure how extensive that is and that's why most people including myself were very disappointed in the outcome reached on Tuesday.

The part that gets to me is the section where it states that Charter ordered TB4 from China and Alavi compounded it for Essendon, but the Tribunal cannot be sure that it was TB4 that got delivered. Surely that shows intent.

Hearing Hamish dipshit on channel 7 saying how all supporters will praise the Dopers win over Hawthorn today. Bullshit! Everything this group does was, is and always will be tainted.
Used to marvel at Hird's skill as a player. Now all I see is a coward who refuses to admit he did anything wrong.
All this shit-eating turd of a human has done is all but eliminate my love of AFL. Local footy for me this year. Finding it very hard to take anything that happens in this farcical competition with anything but contempt.

I am very green with the whole concept of ASADA etc.
Jobe admits to taking it
and the rest of the players most likely did not know. so my question is, how long does this stuff take before it wears off?
Are they still getting performance benefits now from it? If its still giving them advantage, shouldnt they not be playing? The club can still pay them....
and since they are not guilty, cant they just keep doing exactly what they were doing the whole time?
