Credit to Big Fat Sam and the appoint of Teddy Sheringham as forwards coach looks like a masterstroke. As long as Nolan remains on the sub's bench we'll be right.

Superb victory by West Ham last night as they deserved that win against Manchester City. I've been really surprised by how well they've performed so far this season. It will now be a question of whether they can keep it up or not. Manchester City's loss will have interesting repercussions if we beat Manchester United tonight. Win tonight and we're in a really good position to go on with it and have a great chance to win the title. I wonder if Jose will change his approach to tonight's game as a result of the events that took place at Upton Park yesterday?

Liverpool has proven to be an overrated team yet again after one good season. They also did this in 2002 and 2009 where they had great seasons but fell short in winning the title and then in the following season they reverted back to mediocrity. Balotelli is proving to be a blunder of a signing and the probably the worst of the summer so far.

Arsenal were gifted three points because Sunderland was just so bad. I still wonder how we lost to them late season at home.

You make your own luck I reckon, Alexis was pressing their back 4 all day and caused the pressure which lead to the two errors, we weren't great but we outplayed Sunderland and deserved the points.

Have to laugh at Liverpool. I don't know how anyone expected anything different when they lost Suarez. Brendan has proven himself to be out of his depth in the market too, the vast majority of his signings are flops or overpriced.

Welbeck and Balotelli both went for the same price, pretty comfortable with the one we went with

Valid points KM.

I was probably a little harsh on the Gunners. There's no question that they deserved to win on the weekend but I think the game just established that Sunderland are a rabble more than Arsenal being a really good side.

Sanchez is a gun and a great signing for you guys I must say.

Haha all good mate, we're not looking particularly good at the moment and I'm well aware of that! Sunderland are looking absolutely rudderless currently, they were lucky to stay up the last couple of years and could finally drop this year I think.

Yeah, he's brilliant. Works so hard for a forward/winger and is technically brilliant, has us on his shoulders at the moment.
