Not sure that timeline checks out... Collingwood drafted Pendlebury while Judd was still captain at the Eagles.collie dog wrote:Anyone else think we dodged a bullet when Judd decided to join Carlton rather than us?
I imagine had Judd joined the Pies we might not have drafted Scott Pendlebury. Now that would have hurt.
Correct, Pendles and that other pox thing were drafted at end of 2005.CP wrote:Not sure that timeline checks out... Collingwood drafted Pendlebury while Judd was still captain at the Eagles.collie dog wrote:Anyone else think we dodged a bullet when Judd decided to join Carlton rather than us?

This thread had already died before you bumped it. No posts since the 12th of Feb before yours.E wrote:why hasn't this thread been moved to the Sports Bar??? It is not a Collingwood thread. It should be sent there to die like the Dale Thomas thread.
Or is there a double standard emerging?????
Exactly! Pendlebury was drafted in the 2005 National Draft and Judd was traded to Carlton in the 2007 AFL Trade period unless collie dog is referring to the idea that we may have traded Pendlebury to obtain Judd back in 2007?CP wrote:Not sure that timeline checks out...
