Agree Big T., but instead of "keep punching", it'd be "keep pointing".Big T wrote:Cheers Cam, you know now I only can relax after you have made your tip. I think once again you are on the money, but the margin probably 5 goals.
Are you related to Scotty Palmer? I think Nicks should have Cams "keep punching" weekly segment of tips!

PIES TO WIN AGAINST PORT, Not a Tarrant thread!!
Starting to feel that this is the beginning of a fine run into the finals.
Starting to feel like we are about to do something special.
Starting to feel like we are about to smash PORT POWER FAILURE.
Ins and Outs
Tarrant Buckley out.
Unfortunately Jason Cloke will be dropped due to team balance and a fact that Port don't have a very big forward line.
Maxwell to play back where he belongs, with Presti and Clement doing the defensive job.
Coming in.
Shaw, Rusling and Fanning.
Need to push Josh in the forward line and play him there for 80% of the game, let Fanning ruck most of the game.
Rusling to lead forward and do what Tarrant used to do before he had shin soreness!!
Chain Rocca to the goal square and use his bulk to out muscle his opponents.
One last change could be Rowe, been playing well for Willy and if you don't play him now when do you.
And last but not least My Boy Egan. He will kick 6 goals, Tackle hard, put his head over the ball and get BOG. Hope he proves me wrong and dominates a game, I will be happy to cop crap if he does.
GO PIES.
Winning Margin 49 points.

I had a dream last night that I was watching the game and the scores were Port Adelaide 6, Collingwood 47 at one point. We won easy. Of course I changed the channel at one point and the Brownlow was being shown at the same time, not sure why the Brownlow was on during Round 20
I have a good feeling about this game, everything points to Collingwood giving it 110%, backs against the wall, playing at AAMI against Port, I reckon we will thump them. Go Pies!

COLLINGWWOD has signalled that captain Nathan Buckley will play against Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium on Friday night.
The team will be finalised at training tomorrow, but the Magpies announced its intention today at a media conference to mark a coming Buckley milestone.
Buckley's next game will mark the 154th time he has captained Collingwood, breaking the club record set by Magpies legend Syd Coventry between 1925 and 1934.

1 Point will do. Just a win Please and no more losses in 06. Go all the way guys. Please FFS just show more pride than you did last week.
All this may be summed up in one word - CHARACTER - and if that is not worth developing, nothing is.

Dogs are in more trouble than us, they were in front however an injury to eagleton stopped a lot of their run. I have no doubts that port have some good players (Cornes X 2, Lade, Shaun B). Dont understimate essendon they were pretty much full strength last week minus lloyd. We will win this one pretty easy, port and footy park are no bogey team for us. Expect a big game from Travis. He carved them lst time we played em.R.Barham wrote:Favourites

I woke up this mornin thinking gees were going to thump port
Dids to kick 6, bucks to kick 3, rocca kicks 2.
I think tonight will be the turning point of the season and start our finals campaign. Collingwood by 80.
