There should be limited stock (shirts, jackets, jumpers, etc) on sale at the ground, but if you need to order anything, they will be more than happy to take your order and send it over to you.

Billy played CHB and ruck late, got a bit of ball but looked slow and awkward at times. Hall tried hard in the ruck but didn't do enough around the ground.

O'Brien looked pretty good, was lively down back and bagged a couple of goals when moved forward.

Yakka starred. Tired late but was awesome.
Thanks for the info rand. What position did Rusling play prior to injury?

Cheers for the info 'rand corp'. Might be time for MM to drop O'Bree back to willi' seniors he hasn't done much for a long time since 2002, malthouse wants the youngsters to earn their spot but some of the seniors haven't yet. Still we beat the carlton scum and we play well against the roo's so with a win this week our season might get back on track.

the only thing about o bree is that is provides the tackles for us. We need one of the youngsters to be able to step up to do the one percenters

King will surely play next week for the Pies after kicking 4 goals two weeks in a row, and with the senior Willi side having a bye. Good to see Travis kicking 3, and Yakka playing well in the reserves as well.

O'Bree

Post by natkingcole »

I'd be staggered if O'Bree gets a another game next week but seeing how MM pays loyality nothing would surprise. Anyone notice when O'Bree got dragged in the second quarter for that turnover (which set Carlton up for three straight goals and a good half time lead), that seemed to be the catalyst for Collingwood's second half (and in fact nothing to do with Taza's performance in the second half - if the ball don't come down there, how are you suppose to score goals).
Any wonder that Willi is performing so badly when our top two draft picks of the last two years are playing in Willi reserves. Our win over Carlton doesn't disguise the fact that our drafting is a disgrace. How did Billy Morrison attract the interest of our scouts. The guy is as slow as my grandmother. We can't even recruit to Williamstown. Tallis is finished as a footballer.

If they put king in he's going to need to get more of the footy, the games he has played for collingwood he hasn't done enough.
They need to give someone else ago who hasn't played yet ,put them in the midfield and leave them there and let them develope at AFL standard not VFL because when they eventually play AFL they aren't use to the tempo it will also bring them on quicker.

King looks like there is a slim chance he could develop into a handy small forward. Lacks pace/fitness, polish and agility to be a midfielder.

Is a smart footballer at times that can put himself in the right spots to kick goals and is very courageous.

Worth noting from reports, that it appears his man (Robbins) had a day out and bagged five goals.

The Lexus Centre shop has Willy jumpers but I'm not too sure if they have anything else Williamstown.

Trade at the end of the year you'd think. Reports he was off to Sydney last year.
