I'm fairly sure it's a Steinway - it doesn't resonate enough to be a Bechstein (although Debussy always played one).

Seriously, it's an HP Pavilion Dv6 (or something like) (with lossless burns of all of my CD collection) driving Bose "surround" desktop speakers and sub-woofer.

Apparently Pussy Riot are doing pop songs now. Anyway, this is ... surprisingly good.

Is there some reason the drummer can't stay in time?

Cf this, which a person with knowledge of the development of music since 1945 who was analysing the music might think was recorded the same week: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qbmWs6Jf5dc

I'm actually listening to ELP playing Pictures At An Exhibition ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4igIQ2TOASg ) but you should all listen to them play Copland's Hoedown from Rodeo.

Actually, here's something very special - Steve Howe and Carl Palmer with Asia covering ELP's Fanfare for the Common Man: Carl got even sillier as he got older. But, really, what a gun! That's your actual space boogie, right there.

Team Changes: Out Emerson, Lake. In: Howe (and Downes - for a bit of a joke, really), Wetton.
