Management meeting tonight, usually followed by dinner on the boss. Hopefully it's "Chargrill on the Hill". Please please please.... Nice big bit of meat would go down well today... Mmmmm

Can't think yet. Either Tuna patties with veg, pasta & sauce & salad or meat & veg.

I'm going to a friends house for tea tonight.

So based on the fact anything I don't have to cook is amazing - I'm looking forward to it.

I'm going to make chicken and vege pies with a side salad.

Yep, it got browner with the addition of tamari. Was tasty though & some for tomorrow's lunch.

lasagna, salad, homemade healthy fruit cake for dessert!

Lamb cutlets in a marinade of lemon juice, garlic, oregano & a bit of tamari cooked on a cast iron pan on the stove top with veg: Ratatouille (chopped asparagus, tomato, red capsicum, zucchini. Also steamed cauli & broccoli with mashed spuds (our usual vege mix with meat).
