That last quarter seemed to go on forever, I saw on Seven the clock going down hoping for a big punch...

How funny was it seeing Guy Richards with his hands in the air after that siren sounded for the end of the first quarter of extra time?

The BEST game i have ever seen on TV!

It must be said that youth showed us the way! Bucks, Burns, O'Bree & The General all looked shakey at various stages of the game.
Goldy, Thomas & Pendles were superb!!

Private jet back to Melbourne at low altitude with masseurs on board?!?!...... How good is that?!?!?

This is one professional UNIT that i'm proud to support!

 I think he thought we play one quarter and it's all over someone must have said "It's not over!" he suddenly looked disappointed and maybe a bit embarrassed.

I'll never forget this chic behind me (Collingwood she was) jumped up screaming after the first 5 mins of extra time was over. I turned around & said sit down love, we have another 5 more minutes, she's like oooohhhh....really?

I don't know what you lot saw or heard on TV here, but over there, none of us knew what was going on when that siren went. And because I had the radio tuned to 6PR, people were asking me what was going to happen, towards the end, I was the only one jumping up & down in section 336 cause I knew how much time was left....

So much tension!

The look of pain and anguish on Guy's face at the end of fulltime shows a bloke who bleeds Black and White.
