Geezus

What are you doing, building an industrial kitchen and hiring a full time Chef?

I wouldn't know what to do in one of these modern kitchens with bench space everywhere, I've always had small ones with no space and learned how to work with it.

Hopefully won’t be too long till they’re back in Melbourne semi-permanently.
That’s awesome for you, and the pay bonus, well done you xx

Lucky not to be hamstrung by the Andrews Labor Governments ridiculous wages policy. Who’d think a Labor Government would so harshly restrict wage increases, although giving themselves massive bonuses.

Thanks TP, we’re flying up on Monday then driving my Mum’s 2007 Toyota Corolla ultima back on Thursday. Drove Mum’s car up last November which they could use up there.

Just finished a really good 1500m swim, maybe Thorpey on This Is Your Life last night inspired me. A few of the things he said when they quizzed him about the size of his feet; timing, stroke length and breathing, were all going through my head. Feeling a million bucks :)

Nice work. I can't do freestyle for long, don't have the rhythm or technique. When I swim in the Murray over summer I do about 1km with the current and do a mix of breast stroke and backstroke. Still works the muscles.

What made me happy today was dealing with competent people. Got to ring the RACV Thursday morning to get the ute towed to the mechanic for repair. Rang them to let them know I can't pre book it but I'll call when it's on the way, all good. Checked if I was able to go away for the weekend, all good, repair might take into next week, she'll call me when it's done.

Too easy.
