Brett Lee what a hero you are.........you managed to knock a tailend batsmen......pathetic
Wouldnt it have been more simple to bowl a yorker and get him out ??
Is that all Brett Lee can bowl bouncers ??
A very sad moment

wow back up JLC
I'll be the first to agree Lee bowls too many bouncers at tail enders, but he was also bowling them at alec stewart, obviously he thought he'd get him out hooking, which is rather silly if you ask me but I'm ont bowling for Australia.
The bouncer at Tutor was not especially evil, tutor made the fatal mistake of taking his eyes off the ball.
Lee didn't intend to floor the guy, no more than you intend to run over a dog who runs under your car. If tutor had stood up and let it hit him it would've hit his chest or shoulder, but he ducked, took his eyes off it, and turned away just enough to let it crack him in the most unfortunate area on his head, exactly where his helmet doesn't cover. I doubt Lee oculd hit that spot if he wanted to with the batsman still, let alone moving.
Lee bowls too many short balls ot tailenders, in my opinion, he should be more concerned with getting them out. But you need to throw a few short ones in there to make it easier to get them out, tutors not as slouch with the bat as that last guy, But it's not Lee's fault this one connected, tutor should not have taken his eyes off the ball. It's not Lee's fault it got through the unprotected area of his helmet and did damage.
that's my thoughts anyway.

Yeah but as soon as Tutor came out that was his intention to launch a bouncer assault on the guy.
I don't mind Lee as a player but he needs to get more strings to his bow. He couldnt get two better bowlers to follow then Gilesspie and McGrath.

Hahaha i changed my mind
It depends i guess on what the aim is ?? If its to win the world series then rotation system is dumb. However if the big picture is the World Cup then maybe rotation will be needed to give everyone a fair go ?? However i guess there comes a time when playing a series of matches with the same team is beneficial.

Well you gotta admit they are pretty loyal. They travel overseas and follow their team and are at their loudest when England are losing. They stay until the end and even waited after the game when the England team came onto the ground and thanked them for their support. They are also good natured and have been well behaved and have not caused trouble.
How often do you see at AFL games when a team is losing and people leave in the last quarter. Personally i have never left a game early (that includes the 100 point thrashing at Optus Oval against Carlton). I always stay until the bitter end win lose or draw.
