Pendles - 3

Harry - 2

Maxwell - 1

Harry reminding me of Jimmy more and more each week, especially when he is nailing them from 55.

Accept my votes in good humour.

3. Pendles, all class

2. Davis, needed to lift

1. Leroy, efforts lead to 3 goals

In some ways very glad to see him come in, play a similar role to Dawes and really show how it's done. Disappointed with the margin but the Dogs are a decent side.

Apologies to Pendles, Leroy, Ball, Beamer & Dids who were all very good.

Tellingly, those were the three who held their nerve during the final term. Thomas, particularly, never stopped attacking the ball. Surprised Maxwell doesn't get more votes here, he is fantastic back there.

And finally:
?. Pendlebury

Can someone explain why I never see him get the ball? Apart from kicking an important goal, I didn't see him do anything. Would have had at least six or seven players ahead of him for BOG. Perhaps Ray Chamberlain and I need glasses? :?
