3. Swan
2. Pendles
1. Jolly
Mentions and unlucky: Welly, Dids, Ball, Thomas and Beamsy.
All this may be summed up in one word - CHARACTER - and if that is not worth developing, nothing is.

2. Pendlebury - 29 quality touches, was great in the clearances.
1. Ball - Goalkicking not his strong suit and bagged 3 important goals. In and under all day too.
Apollogies - Johnson, Wellingham, Dawes, Didak.
This
Swan simply turned it on when the Scums were threatening to take the lead. He led by example and is a true leader on field. He turned the momentum back to our favor with his 80m long bomb.
The G would collapse if his 2nd attempt at goal in as many minutes went thru!
Swan has never been dubbed a "match winner" like Didak or Medhurst, but he certainly was one on Sunday!
How I love ya Swanny
