highlight was when dtm cheered when we finally got a goal in the last qtr.

blight injured his hip early in the 1st qtr and didnt look right after that, but done a few good things.

reed was the bad luck story of the day. injured his ankle with like 5-10 mins to go in last qtr.

rounds played a solid game nothing to special to report on him.

also the vfl kicked goals better then what the senior boys did, and some of the senior boys where watching the game.

state of the art technology was on display today as well. the horn was one where you can get from rebel sport for like $13  also the pies coaching staff was standing in the back of a ute tray, kinda like what they did in the old days

RUZZA plays NEXT week!!!

if we play like this against Footscray - We're flooged.

if Travis and J.Anthony don't kick straight - we're flooged

If we lose another ruckman - we're flooged

If our forward line doesn't get its act together - we're flooged

In the 1960, 1980 and 2003 GFs - we definitely were flooged
you're a floog. :P

We were lucky to get a team together for this one and it was mentioned to me early in the week that Lica and Rowdy may well pull on the boots.

I only saw the first half and I was quite impressed with what I saw from most of the kids, especially Krita, Frosty and Hunter. J Cloke just terrorised our smaller boys and in the second crunched poor Armat Singh right in the kidneys and he should expect a call from the Indian government tonight or at the very least a stiff letter. Written on cardboard. :o When Krita was moved onto him he went quiet.

We were competitive and yes Michael Malthouse was sitting on the trailer come coaches box watching the game that had absolutely no baring what so ever on what our AFL or even VFL season will be like in 2010.

Signs are still good.
