Practice game today... Roccs kicks a bag?

Post by Presti35 »

On the club site... http://www.collingwoodfc.com.au/newsfea ... fault.aspx

Looks like Rocca played well.
Steele Sidebottom, Brent Macaffer, Leigh Brown and Cameron Wood were all in the best for the Magpies.
I know it was only against Old Scotch but there are not many details...

Anyone got anything??

Good Start by Flogging old Scotch by 18 Goals

Sidebottom - Reckon he was almost and not if BOG get about 10 Touches and used them well and love his vision and attack on the ball. Kick a Goal too.

Rocca - Great to see the Big Man Kick a Bag of 5 but Played limited time

Wood - Played well today won most tap-outs and got a some disposal around the ground. Take some good marks and Kick a Goal from the Boundry

McCarthy - Started well though went off after Quater time with a Injured Shoulder

Blight - Did not get heaps of it but when he did he used it very nicley

Reed - Played more in the Midfield and Coming out of Defense and did that well. Still need work with Disposal

Sinclar(VFL Senior) - Was very good and Kicked a Few Goals

L Brown - Did a Good job at FB

AFL listed players who did not play:

* Keeffe
* Rounds
* Bennell
* Blair

It's hard to judge on that game but signs are good. Rocca didn't get an injury!

Is the start of the vfl season next week? Cause It'd be nice to test some of the boys against the big boys (ie. wood could beat any ametuer ruckman, but what's he like against the VFL boys?).

Any 18 goal win is a good win :)
