He did come from Kilcunda-Bass.

How about "Killa Macaffer"? The "Killy Kid"?

BTW, is it true he turned down a national dance scholarship? Maybe "twinkletoes".

Can't go past the Mac Cafe but I suggest the Mac Attack Shack (or Macca's Shack).

Brent's Caffe', or the Caff-e but I think having Mac in front relates too much to the golden arches.
