JA Born in the wrong era...

Post by burnsy17 »

Does anyone else recon Jack Anthony would have comfortably cruised through the 80's smashing every bloke in his way??

He reminds me so much of an 80's footballer.... I love that!!!

He looks like he hates all the opposition players out there...

We need one or 2 more on the angry pills like Jack!

I loved the disdain with which he threw Rutton to the turf to get our 1st goal of the final quarter. Tossed him down like a rag doll. Technically a free kick, but the umpire was focussed on the contest in front (luckily).

Evil eyes (but well spoken...)

Is he officially our cult figure now?

Plays like Banks.

Looks like the guy in the movie Hitman - especially when he shaved the head (barcode was missing).

Great talent.

He is going to be frickin AWESOME.

Poised to be a dominant CHF/CHB in the coming years.

Could be the best swingman EVER.

I was thinking the same thing Burnsy.....he's a ripper.
Just imagine how he'll be in a couple of years.
That's why the 1990 Premiership side was so good.....full of talented mongrels.

Anyone who heard him talk post-match at Lexus after the Saints game a few weeks ago could see he has a bit of agro and passion in him. Love it!

I also thought he spoke very well in the post match interview on Ch 10 after the Crows game. He has a bright future our Jack!

The big handle bar moustache would suit young Jack perfectly!!!

burnsy17, surely you don't need all those angry pills you're obviously taking?!?!?!?!..... swing past The Club & hand a couple around!! A handful to Bryan should actually do the trick!!

I heard that interview and had to laugh when he was talking about all the young kids playing so well - like he's been playing for years. Lol
