While there's no doubt of the phone no. in that TV commercial, I'd confidently say that Ad was not run in Victoria.

I remember going to Vic Park during that '86 - '88 period and the club played a very similar and annoying cadence type Mini skips Ad over the PA system, the phone no. in that ad was 417 5000 that's Four One Seven Five O Double O.
