I fell asleep on the couch 5 mins into the footy show and missed most of it. I think they said at the start that some big star may be out for the rest of the season, who were they talking about, what did i miss with that show, anyone?

If (and I said if) Rocca is a late omission I wouldn't mind Chris Bryan in; watched him in the seconds last weekend against Frankston.

He rucked, roved, tackled droped back and went forward. Last weekend Wellingham didn't really do much but never stopped trying. Cook was good but for pace, moving the ball and even the odd shot on goal Iles was great.

Can't wait for Macaffer to be elevated, all he's gotta do is string a couple of his best together (now that the ankle's right) and he'll be elevated.

Whatever 22 go out on the ground today............. just give it your all, don't stop, back yourself and your team mates and do the mighty Black and White proud !!!

GO YOU HOT PIES !!!

Just win the damn game for ****'s sake. I couldn't bare another week of analyses, witch hunting, chest thumping, self indulgent, ill informed, ignorant, ridiculous, unadulterated crap on this site.

it will be interesting if we win without rocca as he would be picked up by one of the 2 best backmen going around, michael or fletcher would he walk straight back into the side when fit.

I still hate the decision of MM's to trade Sav Rocca.

If he had regained his form, who knows what would happened in 2002 for instance.

I remember thinking when we first had both Rocca's firing in the fwd line, who was going to stop us.

Of course it didn't last.

Doubt you could still have a forward line with Anthony and Saverio in it. Would be too slow. Anthony was always the more talented one, but Sav put the runs on the board and was the better kick and better lead up forward.

Anthony was instrumental in getting us to the finals in 02,03...many said he was the most important player on our list
