Well, tht's another abrupt end to an NAB campaign....apart from DTM's optimistic views on things, anyone else got any positives out of this?

Well, I've got one, at least I didn't burn ny frequent flyer points going to over to watch it, but I will be in Dubai next week so I'd hope any trace of the game is removed by then. The shame of it all!

Positives? A few. O'Bree, Swan and Heath Shaw were typically very good. The rest lacklustre. Didn't mind Anthony's second half. Medhurst's vision in setting up Thomas before goaling in the first term was great. When Roca was off we looked like we were without our rudder.

It's two weeks earlier than usual. Adelaide were playing with a point to prove. We're lucky we had the early game in order to find our groove.

Must admit after a 7 weeks in India with gastro 3 freakin times I can understand why they were underdone. I lost 10Kg in my time in India & when I had gastro I took antibiotics but the inevitable dehydration can really mess with you !!

It was a non-event. It would have been good to see a bit more from the young ones - but whether it was gastro, three weeks in Africa, or just a bad day, the pies didn't turn up.
