I thought it would be a Good Idea to have a Forum where Me and Other People can download there AFL/Collingwood Songs and Video's and other stuff.

Dave when are you going to get it? this isn't a warez or download site, the more you promote or use it as such you threaten the future of it.
there are ample sites out there, use them and leave Nicks out of it.

DTM, it'd be safer if you kept your files on a download site, or something, there are copyright laws and Nicks do not want to be sued because of the breeches.
