Dangerous game indeed. Do not underestimate Essendon. But i suppose the game does depend on which Collingwood rocks up on the day. If the Collingwood of the last couple of weeks rocks up we should win pretty comforably. I wouldn't be surprised if it was as tight as Anzac day.

Jimmy Clement to shut down any influence the bombers are hoping James Hird will have. Also guessing the will be a fair crowd there. Including a fair few bomber supporters. Even though they are on the bottom their supporters have still be rocking up and making their voices heard.

Close to 70,000 i reckon.

This is a real danger game, take Essendon lightly at your own peril!

We really need to make this game a % booster if we want a top 4 position .

But as usual the bummers will rise cos they could make something of their miserable season if they beat us .

This has to be the game where we start showing some form -- as it's getting pretty close to September now .

We really need to hit the finals with a bit of form & confidence .

Essendon will have to work bloody hard to throw Friday nights match.

Bryce Gibbs is worth it though.

We always struggle against Essendon.
Having said that if each player plays to their best ability we should win by 5 goals +.

We need to start well. The Dons always seem to go full tilt in the first quarter against us. Anzac day this year was a classic example. If the Dons kicked straight, it couldv`e been a different ending. We must start well, and absord what they serve up.

Hopefully its rubbish they serve :D

They generally sit in the Ponsford Stand.

It'll be a big crowd, Dons fans always come out in numbers.

I am sick of hearing this scared of essendon rubbish. We were one kick away from slapping the top team at home and now suddenly everyone here wants to go in their shell. We should go out there and beat anything that's put in front of us and beat them bad. The fire of last week's narrow loss should make us all the more inspired to bring hell to these arrogant pretend 'mr sunbury's'.
