In: C.Cloke, T.Cloke, Buckley, R.Shaw
Personally I believe after a trip to Perth a few fresh legs may not be stupid, Bucks, Trav, Cam/Richards and Rhyce were all left out because it was at Subi, all would be in contention and Pendles just misses
Out: O'Brien, Maxwell, Caracella, Thomas (Give him a break for a week or 2),

It's a lay-down misere that Bucks will return this week and, IMO, we badly missed Travis as a third tall against the Weagles, so trust he's fit and well this week to come straight back in.
Other than that, though, I wouldn't make any further changes unless Rhyce Shaw is also fit, as we could use his pace.
Who to drop?
With Geelong having the useful rucking duo of King and Ottens who combined well for 35 hitouts against a depleted St Kilda, we'd be stupid not to go in with another ruckman to back up Fraser, so it should be Richards in for Jase. And, since both Ottens and King like to "rest" up forward, we'll need to keep Wakes in the side as he executed a terrific return to form on the weekend, so suspect one of Harry or Maxy will have to make way for Travis.
He did some good things against the Weagles, but I suspect Carrots will get dropped straight away to enable Bucks to return.
In the event that Rhyce is fit to make his return, I suspect that it would be Daisy who will make way for him.
It's very, very difficult to break into the side this year.

Harry is back on the rookie list as of this week so Ruz should be back at willy so will Harry, Maxwell has been quite , Carra was servicable , J.Cloke was played out of position he is a good HBF but vunerable evrywhere else. O'bree played 2 halves last night 1 half was very poor with the turnover king at his best , the other half was very good with some great centre clearences and hard running.
For me it is:
IN Buckley , Cam , Pendles , R.Shaw
OUT Harry , J.Cloke , Maxwell , Carra (stiff) spot on loki04..you got it

I agree with cannibal on T Cloke I think his demotion against the eagles will teach him not to be so slack - But his presence helps our forward line a lot and from memory he played well against the pussies last time. On top of that they have most of their back line in so we must attempt to stretch them with our hieght. I would like to see Pendles have a crack at the pussies.

MM said in his press conference that the decision to not play Trav was last minute and it was to give the 19 year old a bit of a rest as he had little to no pre-season.3rd degree wrote:I agree with cannibal on T Cloke I think his demotion against the eagles will teach him not to be so slack - But his presence helps our forward line a lot and from memory he played well against the pussies last time. I think you are delusional. If I recall 2 goals resulted directly from Wakelin's stupidity. One was when Wakelin jumped up for the spoil nowhere near Lynch who stood there to take an uncontested mark.Cannibal wrote: we'll need to keep Wakes in the side as he executed a terrific return to form on the weekend....
Another was when Shagga tried jumping onto a pack and taking a mark, spilling it, W.C. goal.... instead of doing the disciplined thing and punching.

According to this article, Pendles is not ready yet for AFL football....
