If the weather is anything like the Melb V Geelong game MM will have to adjust his side. The big fella Richards will have to have the weekend off..the ball will be heavy and on the ground for much of the game. Guy's no good 'below his knees'. If its a hard slogging game, Fraser has'nt got the stamina too play most of the game on the ball...I reckon we need someone like a Jason Cloke to support him in the ruck. Young Pendelbury might have to wait also..good young player but we ( or MM) don't know what hes like in the wet & slippery..too much of a risk and not an ideal time for a first game.

We'd still like a preview. Any nice person like to write a quick one up today?Steve wrote:any one want to write a match preview for the website? (my weekly grovel for content)
About the game. We will win it by a mile if we keep playing like we have. Get the ball in quick and direct, and run in numbers.
The one thing I hate player doing though is trying to pick up the ball in the wet, when there are a few opposition players around them. Kick the ball of the ground for crying out loud! The players that pick it up straight away are usually tackled, or fumble the ball badly.

EDIT: Doesnt mean there cant be two previews, everyone has their own opinion and two of them would be good...

No game is a certainty. Sport thrives on boil overs and under-dogs knocking off Goliaths.
But we are not Goliath, not yet, and we've not won enough to get complacent.
In fact I bet our boys are riding the crest of their new found power. Its what it's all about - going out to gorge yourself on another victory.
We have a settled side for the first time in 2 years with good players in reserve pawing the turf: 'If you don't play with intensity, I'm gonna take your spot!' 100%!
At last we are class. All our boys can play. The future is bright with Bucks making sure the team keeps on improving.
We have shown of brilliance and flair - exciting potential - and it won't be long before we really start taking teams apart.
My instinct tells me that Carlton will feel this today.
Unlike them we are no longer in the grave - so lets jam the coffin lid down on our way to the top!
