Lade's ears got caught on a low ceiling fan in a Port Adelaide pool hall on ANZAC Day and is definitely under a cloud.

who do they have to play on

rocca
tarrant - bishop
t.cloke
fraser
didak

id even consider bringing in c.cloke for stretch this week as lade is a good strong bodied ruck, alternate c.cloke with fraser between ruck & forward to really stretch port......will hopefully mean c.cornes has to play as a tall defender!!

presti for tredders

if holland out, davies in

Cam Cloke could not possibly be considered for promotion....not til he fixes up his hair! Did u see the Willi game, absolute Barry Crocker
Would like to see Davies or Pendles in for Brodie.

Haven't seen C2 play for a while but Stretch was woeful on the weekend - every time he got a hit out (which was not often) he palmed it straight to Hille while he was cruising past.

Concerned about the 5 day break but because it is so early in the year surely it wont effect the boys yet. As much as id like to think we will smash the power it will be a little more difficult then people think.
Daicos, this is when he's at his best, the MAAASSSTTTTTEEERRR!!!

Yep, it looked like a 'job application' for Whorethorn.
..also Trav has similar colour strip in his hair, these brothers spend far too much time together.

I hope the 5 day will not effect us for e.g last year when Melbourne played us on Queen's Birthday and then played West Coast on the Saturday and lost. We should win easily i reckon, but with Brogan out and also Warkiln, i have a feeling maybe Davies might replace Holland.

Surely Adam Iacobucci deserves a game?

Hows Yakkas form been at Willi CHP?? From what I hear he still needs a bit more time down there, besides I think a few more players are in better form and position at this stage.
Only saw the first and part of the Willi/ Bullants game on tv (fell asleep), but what I did see was Yakka not too bad, as was Rhyce and I also thought Rowe was alright too. J Cloke was good, but Cam that haircut(only get stuff like that if you can actually play), otherwise (and this is just my opinion mind you), you look half arsed and too carefree and in his vital stage of his career he needs to be, and look like his sole interest is focussed on footy. There is just too much competition and I'd hate to see him fall by the wayside. Hope that it wont, just want to see him hungrier and more in control.
Enjoy yourself. Its later than you think!

I think Yakka deserves a shot... he tries hard and gets under the ball at any chance... Who are Port gonna put on Thomas?? Could be an interesing match up... If cam clokes hair is as bad as what u guys say... maybe they should make him shave it for "Worlds greatest shave for a cure" ... Least he could start from scratch!

Will be interesting this week - given D.Wakes is out then you would think C.Cornes may go back.....but not necessarily.

Choco though might back his blokes by putting Chaplin on Rocca and Bishop on Tarrant. Trav Cloke then gets say a Thurstan.

That would allow choco to put Tredrea, White and Cornes fwd with lade resting there. From what I see it means we will probably have to go with Presti (Tredrea), Wakes (D.White) and Maxwell (CC). Will MM think about bringing in J.Cloke who has played well in the past on Chad.

Equally MM might think, rarely do big blokes kick bags at Telstra as it as a fast track and runners are the order of the day. Hence he will go smaller and back his big backs to do the job without any backup if things go wrong.

Davis will be in the gun - couple of ordinary performances and Mick may want to show you cant have that (much like Stevie Johnson at Cats). However with Holland out I think Leon will keep his spot. Whatever you say about Leon he can pop up and kick a few quick ones.

For me

Brogan and Wakelin will be replaced by Thurstans and DeLuca
O'Brien and Holland will be out for Wakelin and Davies or Cara.

Jason Cloke was easily Wlliamstown's best player last Saturday, so I'd like him to get a go. I recall a couple of years back he did a great job blanketing Tredrea, so MM might just give him another crack if Presti struggles at all.

Tough game. What worries me is that Port are due to beat us.

I'm confident but less than last week for some reason.

Balance is good ATM. Holland being out means a midfielder has to come in. So I'd suggest Davies or Carrots.

Bishop usually does well on Taz. So don't expect too much output from Taz this week. Need to play HFF and move up the wings and get Bishop away from the f50.

Rocca will be the forward to dominate this week. Wakes would be Ports usual match up and is out.

Lets be honest, Tredrea is Presti's bitch. He kills him every time. Hope it continues.

Need to hold the Burgs and CC. C1 would be a good match up as his desperation and hardness may put CC off. Otherwise its Harry or Maxy.

Davis and Richards need to perform or improve. IF Davies plays well this week, Davis will be out for Brodies return IMO (if Davis has another poor one). Richards is Lucky C2 had a poor one last week for Willi. Otherwise a swap may have happened this week.

Earlier posts are correct, C2 needs to pull his finger out. Watching Willi in the last Q on ABC, his attitude (spelling?)or profesionalisum (spelling?) didn't impress me (and I'm a C2 supporter).

Need to throw everything at this week cos next week we have the bye :)
