Yep i noticed that.... gave me a very good feeling from the start of the match!!!AnthonyC wrote:Good Win. Nothing overly impressive, but did what was required when needed.
I must have been at a different game, thought Fraser was great at the centre bounces.
Not sure if it's been mentioned, anyone else notice this before the game?
It gave me a very good feeling.

I thought it was a great win under the circumstances. We never really got our game going at any stage yet were able to get up in the end with sheer guts and determination which is a good sign.I'm still concerned about our centre square set up-we got badly beaten in the middle again and our rucks were thashed by Hille-but hopefully that can be sorted out in the future.By the way,Channel 9 went off the air during the third quarter here in Hobart. It went off when the scores were tied at 71 each and didn't come back on until after the game! But luckily the digital signal was still working and i was able to watch the rest of the match on my digital box.Did this happen anywhere else in the country or did it only go off the air in Tasmania?

Anyone else go back to Lexus after the game ? Great feeling there, Thomas and particularly Eddie both got some amazing applauds. He (Eddie) was smart enough to start two renditions of our beloved theme song...
ps - in the last few weeks I've noticed P Moore, P Daicos and M McGuane in our social club section watching games, brilliant !

I don't mean to be the sour puss here.. there was plenty to enjoy from today...
But in the context of the entire season I think we have a real problem with Tarrant. He puts enormous amounts of scoreboard pressure on us.
I almost watched us sink to new lows against Hawthorn after we dominated the first 17 minutes of play.
Today I watched him again squander momentum and keep a rattled
Bomber outfit in the game.
What does it take for us to switch on to the concept that he is not a FF? Another GF where he misses easy shots?
Every shot he misses he diminishes our ability to control the game and the confidence of those around him.
I'm all for playing him elsewhere.. Just rarely ever within scoring range of goals.

Warning!!!!!!
When this team decides to put four quarters together it will smash anyone anywhere.
Collingwood didn't play well today and still won that is a very good sign of a very good team.
Great to see Johnno get the medal they dont come anymore collingwood than this bloke.
Mick Malthouse your a master coach the game was won when you moved Bucks to full foward.

The way we looked in the 2002 finals, ANZAC Days, 2003 Finals etc has made me disgusted, they stand there like they couldnt give a shit most of them, looks terrible. Today was great
